I am a young woman born in Paris with a passion for political theory and mathematics. In my early twenties a choice had to be done, and I elected the cold beauty of maths over the warm passion of humanities. This decision later led me to London, where I started a career in the financial industry, advising hedge funds on their investments in capital markets.

But the spectre of politics kept looming in the background, and my desire to commit myself to causes I care about grew harder and harder. I left the bank after five years to dedicate my energy and curiosity to the study of international relations, enrolling at SOAS London for a Masters of Art in International Studies and Diplomacy.

This blog was born out of the irrepressible desire to transmit my passion for political theory through accessible yet referenced content.
